- Consumer Directed Personal Care Services —
Enables an
individual who would otherwise require placement in a long-term care
facility to remain safely in their home with an assistant to perform tasks
designed to improve or delay deterioration of an individuals physical
health.
- Division of Vocational Rehabilitation —
Individual Capabilities and Needs assessments,
research and referrals for additional or possible retraining for anyone
experiencing displacement due to an injury or disability.
- Welfare to Work Program —
Providing training and job
opportunities for people entering or re-entering the work force.
