  • Developmental Disabilities Information

    Connecting Ties, Inc. offers support services to enable people who experience disabilities to live as independently as possible within the community setting of their choice. Family support programs offer services designed around the needs of each individual and their family. Residential services offer support to enable people to live in the community setting of their choice.

  • Services For Seniors

    Services through Division of Senior Services (DSS) also provide support to enable people to live as independently as possible within the community setting of their choice in a non-institutional environment. These services are also provided for adults with physical disabilities. The services provide an opportunity for the family member to remain in the home as long as possible with assistance.
